The Artist

Hi, I'm Becky Hersch! I was raised in Miami, but I only became a printmaker in New York, working in the Leroy Neiman Print Shop at Columbia University, and then teaching informal silkscreening classes at community print shops. I love color, whether it's straight from the tube or perfectly matched to something ephemeral. I also knit at a thoroughly beginner level, and I enjoy baking very tall cakes.  I am currently a Laboratory Manager at the American Museum of Natural History.
